WildLifeCare Poster

A personal commission project I did for one of the Professors at the University of Minnesota. The take was to create a poster to help encourage more students to sign up for the Wildlife Care and Handling Minor. Created over the course of one month in the summer of 2023, I worked diligently back and forth with the client to create a poster to their liking. As it was a wildlife minor, the use of animal-based imagery was one of the key aspects of the piece. For its presence here in Minnesota I ended up going with an owl. The dark, but saturated background helps make the brighter orange text and features stand out more. The orange coloration is also linked from the background to the text with the orange eyes of the owl.
